I started 2018 on Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh. Watched all the fireworks with my better half and two best friends after a lengthy climb up in mud, through the darkness, with freezing cold wind blowing in our faces. And at that point in time, to me, being surrounded by the people I love, overseeing the city that has a special place in my heart – that was the definition of happiness.
